Anyone know how YouTube determines whether to deliver ad content from adsense on an MCN?

Since the revenue with the MCN is the same as AdSense when they're meant to be taking a percentage off, it'd be better with the MCN since they offer extra perks compared to YouTube alone.

What would be great is if YouTube allowed channels to sell preroll commercials packages that run on their channel only. They already allow you to place ads that run on remarketing lists. We have a long list of clients itching to run their ads on our channel but no way to do it unless we sign with an MCN and hand over most of the money to that MCN.

That's actually not true, regardless if your channel is in an MCN or partnered directly with YouTube, any advertiser wishing to run ads only on your channel (all your videos) or any specific video of yours can easily do so via AdWords on the campaign or ad group level, however this doesn't mean only their ads will show, they still must compete on a cost per click basis with other advertisers who have much broader targeting such as larger companies or banks for example, this is good for you as your revenue will go up the more advertisers competing for your channels ad space.
