That isn't the best example, I just grabbed a banner from my old channel and had the text move down in rapid movement.

Like @Shane said only if they look professional, the feature itself might lead to flashing banners, I might modify my current one with the text having a shine going across it.

My banner is terrible. I just plopped my logo onto a blue background and it isn't even centered LOL
