About networks

I've been shopping around for a yt network to join. I'm close to deciding on one, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? Or what to look out for in order to protect my channel? It's relatively small (under 300) and I've been doing this off and on for about 3 years now...I'd like to take the risk but I want to be sure there's land beneath me.

In my opinion you have small channel and to join network is not the best choice atm because you are small and if you join network they will not pay attention about you because you are small and dont earn them any money !
I hope you understand me, my english is not that good !
