I've been wanting to make a channel trailer for my channel for a long while now, however I don't know how to handle it at all.

Here are my main questions:
  • Should it be an animation, IRL, in a game, on just an empty slide, etc.
  • Should I speak or have writting?
  • What should I say/write?
  • What should I show?
So can anyone help me with this?

Show off some of your best work in there, clips from your videos and just show what you and your channel is about. Don't make it too long, it's the first thing people look at when they click on your channel if they are not subscribed. Take your time making it, it must be a good quality to entice a viewer to go on and look at your channel more!

Again, how should I make it though? URL? An animation? Me speaking over a game? Something else?

Make a video in the style of your other videos! If you never animate in your videos, don't make an animated trailer. It gives a wrong impression of your channel. If you normally do voice over, do a voice over. You can also just make a compilation of your favorite clips without a voice over, just to give a general impression. Keep it short and snappy though n.n

All the styles I listed ARE styles I do.
