A sub for sub that makes a difference

Is it okay if I quote this so I can send this for Feedback to Fullscreen?
This is actually perfect. f*****g perfect, in fact.

People in Fullscreen complained about the system but no one seems to make a solution.

Personally, I don't really use the "promoting" system in Fullscreen as much, nor do I heavily rely on it.

Thanks for this!
You need to get hired somewhere or something :D
Seriously I want to join a network that has a built in sub4sub system (<-- no sarcasm)

Feel free to quote me. Full screen once asked me to join them but they never really answered my questions as to why they wanted me, what they had to offer and why the felt i was of value to them.

When did that happen?
Was it from FullScreen Arcade or something?

Well, this is one of the networks that does that. But most of the time, networks don't really help out, they just give you money, that's all.
Yep, I've been with 3 networks and they of course don't help you, they give you tools that *may help you though.

This was like late 2013 and it was not FullScreen Arcade. I got an email from FullScreen asking if i wanted to join their network but when i asked questions about why the wanted me i never got an answer. I want them to want me for my talent and what i bring to their company and not just a head count in their network.

Sub4Sub works up until about 100 subscribers. This is due primarily to the human need for solidarity with others. People are far more likely to subscribe to a channel with 100 other subscribers than to one that has less than 20. Beyond that point, the value diminishes rapidly.

Just subscribe to those who you REALLY like. And they do like wise.

Why subscribe just for the sake of comments and then unsubscribing after a while if you don't end up liking the stuff they upload. If you don't really like their stuff in the 1st place... don't subscribe.

Basically Sub4Sub is lame, no matter how you put it.

I'm of the impression that sub4sub sucks too. You shouldn't sub to people you don't like BUT agreeing to watch people's videos in a nice way can be a good thing. There's so many people on twitter who have automated "Please check out my channel" DMs sent out. If those were changed to say "Give me your channel and I'll check yours out!, also, here's mine" then I'd be happy.

Too much of youtube is self promotion, instead of selfless promotion which is a million times more fulfilling.
