Exactly what i'm doing because i was worried about this happening to me. Best thing you can do bud is to carry on and grow your channel and keep getting consistent views. When youtube notices this, they will be more inclined to give you your account back because otherwise they are missing out on money.

Single Adsense account for single person for lifetime - thats the fact - the only way is to try to appeal to get this issue resolved.
If you loose your Adsense, you can not get another one (under same name), well you can register new Adsense on your family member of good friend etc. but thats not looks good alternative.

If you do not plan to use Adsense elsewhere (on your websites etc.) then if you go for partnership with Network, you will not need Adsense anyway, you have only 12 videos and ~1000 views and 100 subs, message your subs that you moving to new channel, reupload your videos to new channel, and thats it. And delete this channel.

Later will be harder to make this decision when your channel will grow bigger :)
