I had a channel with 7k subs. i received 2 strikes, one of the was supposed expire in october 26... the 2nd strike in november.. those 2 strikes were due to anime, given by a japanese company CODA.. But 2 weeks before the 1st strike was going to expire, i received a 3rd strike. I make reaction mashups, and one of the people in my mashup, instead of simply messaging me and letting me know she didnt want to be included, i would have happily removed her, but no, she striked my channel. What pisses me off the most is the fact that one of the other strikes was due to expire on october 26th, just 2 weeks left at that time..
So i emailed the japanese company, and i automatically receive an automated reply saying the email could not be delivered.. so they arent getting my email, its impossible to get in contact with them, specially since theyre in japan.
The 3rd strike girl, i emailed her, apologized, try to come to an agreement, i would shout her channel out etc anything, she basically just doesnt care.
so What the heck can i do? It upset me so much the fact that my 1st strike only had 2 weeks to go, and my 2nd strike would have already expired by now too.
i cant contact the company no matter what i do.. This is the automated message i receive as soon as i click send:

i contacted youtube, and theyre not even reading my email. theyre copying and pasting an automatic response:
Hello,

We terminated your YouTube account due to repeated claims of copyright infringement.

Please understand that YouTube's copyright removal process complies with the law. We strive to be fair to our users and protect their freedom of expression while also respecting the legal rights of copyright owners.

You have two options to resolve your copyright strikes and restore your account:

You may seek a retraction by asking the person who submitted a take down request against your video to withdraw their take down request. Learn more about retractions of copyright infringement claims.
You may submit a counter notification, if your video was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed. Learn more about the counter notification process.
You can also submit a request to find specific information about your account penalties.

the fact that their telling me to seek a retraction, proves theyre not reading my email.

I'm sorry but it looks like you've made you're own bed and you'll have to lay in it.
Taking someone else work and using it without permission is theft, it's against the law and against Youtube's terms of service. The fact that you've managed to contact the 3rd strike party and they are refusing to revoke it means there is no way back.
The question now is where to go. I would say that you should start again and create your own content but as soon as you try and attach that channel to your adsence account you'll lose that too.

in the main youtube help forums, theyre saying its illegal for the claimant to have a none working email/contact info anyway.. So youtube NEEDS to give me valid contact info.. but they arent.

Unfortunately I think you're grasping at straws there.
You've done something wrong and now you're looking for a loophole to get out of it. I suppose that's human nature but if the company that gave you 2 strikes wouldn't release them when it first happened I think it's a bit tenuous to try and use the fact that they may have gone out of business / changed their e-mail address to try and get out of it now.
I think your only way forward is to go back to the 3rd claimant and beg and plead for their forgiveness. If by some miracle they do resend the strike then learn from the experience and create your own content instead of taking other peoples.

alright, best part is the 3rd claimant was from a reactor though, reacting to things that dont belong to her. ironic and hypocritical. anyway thanks for the replies

After your first strike you should have checked all of your videos, made sure you had no other material that imposed on anyone’s copyright and made sure that you stayed that way moving forward...you didn’t.

That you’re so fixated on having only “2 weeks left” says everything. Strikes are a punishment made to teach a lesson and giving an opportunity to correct issues going forward. You clearly didn’t learn your lesson and, in my (and YouTubes’s) opinion, don’t deserve a channel.

A Reactor? So you didn't take the footage of Her off Her own channel, you took it from a 3rd party channel with footage of Her on it. That makes all the difference. The original channel may well of got Her to sign a disclaimer giving them the right to use Her image.
You should have written permission from a person before you are allowed to show their face on TV / internet broadcast, as you took this from someone elses channel you did not have Her written permission. You may be lucky your channel is gone, that could have turned into a real life punitive issue.

If the claimant email is invalid, you could try filing a counter notification claiming the DMCA was filed with false information. They can't respond since hte email they used doesn't work.

Please don’t advise someone to violate YouTube’s terms of service. If their channel was terminated, it’s against the rules they agreed to follow to create another channel.
