My December was through the roof in terms of RPM ($$ per thousand total views) - Probably 33% higher than normal. But yeah, I'm fastening my seatbelt for the fall in January. I still think the extra $$ from December will more than compensate.
Our CPM started to increase at the end of September and it never stopped growing. It is almost 45% higher than last year December. I think there was a kind of "upgrade" of the channel at the end of the summer.
Anyway today 27th I saw a significant drop but this is the beginning of New Year in Japan. It is a family holiday here and everybody travels to see parents and relatives, no time for shopping (apart from food and drinks).
not good for december CPM although I read a lot of thread mentioning that Christmas ads will be higher CPM before this. It it a sign of world economy dropped? lol
I also haven seen any spikes in December / Christmas CPM & RPM this year.... roughly same as November... thats sad... December 2013 CPM & RPM was much better.
