This article is aimed at copyright holders rather than video creators, so it takes a bit of hunting to find if you don't actually know it exists. They don't specifically mention cheats, but I've definitely seen user complaints on the official Help Forum for being targeted in this fashion.

As a gamer, I know that devs do not like exploits being published. I'd been doing Warframe, and a YouTuber had his game partnership revoked for doing exactly that. And he was warned before.
