Youtube Partnership : Full or not?

I guess I misunderstand..According to my Account Status I am a Partner but I thought there was another level called "Full Partner" I must explain I probably seem like a dummy but despite my success I have not had the time to get into the nuts and bolts of this whole YT business thing. Like I said I fell into it but I've been busy with building an addition on my house and I'm doing the work myself from drawing the plans, applying for the permits and doing the actual building. Consequently all my time is spent on the computer researching everything, learning building codes, how do do certain things etc. I'm just recently getting into the YT mode..

There is no such thing as "full partner", it was just made up by the community to divide users. You are a partner when you successfully monetize at least one video and the original partner program stopped on April 12, 2012, any partners after that date will not get advanced branding options and monetization and you can't request access to legacy features.

The channel banner will be retired completely next month so the difference between legacy partners and those after April 12th won't be much except a few features so you're not missing out on much. You're definitely not a dummy :)

What sort of features do you think networks will be starting to bring out to accommodate this?

Is there any type of YouTube partnership that allows you to change your YouTube username?
Link to a Google Plus Page. Then you can rename the page, changing your display name.

My channel's display name is "Clash of Clans with Flammy" (for SEO purposes) but my username is "flammy5"

Yea, this is just my opinion; YouTube needs to differentiate the different levels. I see people all of the time thinking they are a full YouTube partner because they can monetize a video, whereas they do not get shows or other partner features. Its YTs fault that they have yet distinguished the name. I think that is where "Full Partner" came from. It was made by the community as a way to distinguish simple monetization and all of the partner features.
