Ok so from what I've seen people say so far .. a network partner does not technically put effort into promoting your channel .. they dont give you anything tangible .. a dashboard & customer support ummmm ok .. they take a cut naturally starting as high as 40% which lowers based on how much you dont really need them ... and you average around $2-5 per 1000 which at the top end is still lower than what I saw on my old channel and my new one seems to be right around the same so far.
So Im just really struggling here to see why it's such a big deal to join a network. There has to be something I'm missing. If they don't give you anything that would mean the driving factor was money. or maybe the adsense placement for the general vlogger is less than $2 and I just happen to be in a higher priced category? If there's a potential advantage to a network I'd be interested in knowing exactly what it is.
