Why would anyone in their right mind join a network?

So gamers don't get copyright strikes on their videos.

The creator is usually made clear in the contract that it is his/her's responsibility for their content - thus meaning they probably won't help you fix the copyright strike themselves and leave it up to you.

Networks don't have licences so you can still get a copyright strike, makes no difference joining a network for that.

You should stay with youtube for partnership but join networks for gaming if ur big then u get a studio

This is wrong. Networks DO NOT provide any sort of licenses that you can use. You can still get in copyright troubles while in a network. HOWEVER, I have found that gamers that partner directly with YouTube usually get banned a lot. You can argue that it is because they clicked on their own ads, blah blah blah, but I have had experiences and heard experiences where I just think people have got kicked out of Adsense for no reason. In this case, I feel joining a network is safer because I have not heard of anyone getting kicked out of their partnership because of something to do with "clicking their own ads." I feel there is sort of a protection than going directly with YouTube-even though realistically, there isn't. Gamers who are big eventually get their own graphic designers and stuff like that. I don't think they get their own studio lool. Each network is also different. :p

Sorry if my message seemed kind of aggressive? I did not mean for that. :p Yeah but you said gaming networks and if you are big you get "studios" so I had thought you were referring to gamers themselves. Any big YouTuber can make their own studio. Some networks offer studios that bigger partners can use-like Maker in LA. RWJ and Smosh have enough money to have their own team, and "studio". The network usually does not fund that for them directly.
