I'm currently with them, and I'm liking them so far. I've only been with them just over a week, so I can't speak all too much to payment stuff, but I'm pretty impressed with the figures and CPMs I'm seeing on Estimated Earnings and the Dashboard. One thing I do praise though is their support, like you mentioned, you applied today and they've already gotten back to you, plus you can add staff on Skype for instant help. As for the 48 hours thing, I was concerned about that as well, but apparently that's not actually an enforcement as much as a way to get people to sign as soon as possible, but you can actually take as much time as you want. (Bit misleading, haha.)
A big reason I joined them though was because since they are still relatively small, since I have a relatively bigger channel, I would sort of stick out a bit with them. They had recruited me about a year ago when they were starting out, but I declined since they were so new, but they've definitely come very far and hopefully they'll go even farther
