Why should I choose Vultra? (Many Questions)

I saw a thread that said vultra will only negotiate length if you get over 20k views a day or something high up there..

I'm getting 38k per day (~1.2m per month) and they increased their offer from 50-50 to 60-40. Wouldn't budge on the 3 years. Lol, just laughably bad. I got these numbers last week.

60-40 is their "improved" off... Every other network starts at 60-40, and Vultra can't beat it? :O_o2:

Although Vultra look very good in terms of payment etc. they give no apparent proper reason as to why they want to lock everyone in for 3 years and take such a big % Split, what would you do if there CPM's started dropping in a year or so? you'd be stuck for another 2 years.

The defaut contract length and gross split are set by BentPixels, Vultra can`t change it even if they want to.

That`s a problem I always noticed with them, instead of trying to get above the competition by have high splits and CPMs, they opted instead to stay on the same level by having high CPMs but taking 50% of your revenue.

The 3 Year 50 50 split thing must put so many people off, even if they changed to like 55/60 percent & 2 year they'd prob be attracting way more people, its hard to sign over 3 years at 50 50

To start, I have a gaming channel. I've been here for almost 8 months, I was apart of Ludos when that started (for those who may remember)

I applied (today) for Fullscreen, RPM, and Vultra (bent pixels).

I already got accepted at bent pixels and was looking at it. It says I have 48 hours to sign.

Looking at it, it doesn't seem like a good deal. 3 years and 50/50 just seems too long and too long with that percentage split. (these details are public knowledge so it shouldn't violate anything)
So what would be the great benefits over other networks?

Even if I would get paid slightly less be cause of a smaller cpm at 70/30 I think it would be better to take that for 1 year than be stuck at 50/50 for 3, 'cause by then I will have probably grown and could get a new contract with better percentages.

Then there's the thought of gaming licenses, I can't find much on it and what networks support what types of games. Would Vultra be the best to be able to at least monetize certain games that other networks wouldn't have the license for? or does it not matter or differ that much?

From all the praise I have seen about Vultra I was wanting to give it a go, but it's just not seeming to be worth it with a 3 year lock in... (that's probably my main issue) 1-1.5 would have been nice.. and then if I enjoyed it I would stick with it..
Vultra does have really high CPMs, like really high.
They do have some gaming licenses.

I`m no longer with them so I can`t do anything about the contract you were offered, and I doubt they`d change it for as channel of your size.

What would happen if RPM falls down in another month? (it already fell in views in the past week massively). What would you do? Well obviously it's a big network and it won't nor will Bentpixel. Last week if you might have noticed BIG networks like RPM, Maker, BBTV and many other channels had millions/ billions of views deduction. RPM views are in negative while Bentpixels maintained their position as a top 50 network before and after the view deduction. It remains to be on the same position, undisturbed while RPM got devastated including Maker with negative views.
And that isn't a big split, RPM offers 60/40 with 4-5 CPM varying while Bentpixels offer 50/50 with a 8-9 CPM which again varies.

About 50-60% of channels I talked to while recruiting got turned off by that or the 3 years, but the high CPMs and fast support mostly makes up for those bad bits.
Which network do you work for now? In the sense which channel do you recruit for now?

Your CPM quote for RPM is off mine is much higher than that. I'm just stating that a 3 year 50-50 lock in is what turns so many people off signing with them, people see it as a "Risk Factor", even you said you didn't sign cause it was 3 years?
