Why did Youtube stop offering FULL partnerships ?

Great Post Bro, i really apreciate your input!! on those points.. i know right if im already partnered on youtube why go with a network? Lol i already do graphic design stuff my major is game art and design lmao I'm thining of waiting and grow on my own with collabs and stuff

because
1) while legally fair use is fine, in practice it is still possible to get into trouble, just not likely... but a good network will get you out of 99% of trouble when you were following the rules.
2) Some networks have increased CPM. Personally mine more than makes up for my revenue share AND provides lots of support besides.
