Which network should I choose ?

I wasn't aware of any networks that allow you to use UMG songs.

I recommend you talk to a few networks, see what they offer you, and chose the one that bests fits you and your aims with YouTube.
This is definitely the best advice.

I ended up talking with dozens of networks prior to joining my current network. I wrote up some of the experience here if you haven't seen it: yttalk.com/threads/i-just-got-partnered-i-did-my-research-have-you-done-yours-guide-advice.52842/

I ended up going with a small, exclusive high end network. It roughly doubled my CPM, more than making up for the rev share so I definitely am happy where I am. I only joined after talking with all those networks and asking about CPM info about them - these guys backed up their claim with actual numbers and from what I saw *is* the best.

Fullscreen and Maker both have deals with Universal Music to allow cover artists to monetize songs in the Universal catalog. In order to do this at Fullscreen, you need to be in FAM (Fullscreen Artist Mix). It is not available to non-FAM partners. I'm not sure if Maker is restricting the catalog-you would have to email them and ask about it.

Ok thanks for the info, do you know if Maker is looking for gaming chan ?

Im on their website and I don't find any infos about it :(

Gaming chan? Do you mean gaming channels? Maker directly is for comedy/entertainment channels-which are usually bigger and get quite a good number of views daily. RPM is their sister network which is for people getting 84 daily average views and above. Then, they have another gaming sub-network or two under Maker as well. I am part of one of them so I don't want to say more otherwise it will be considered recruiting. :p Hope this helped, IF that's what you wanted to know. If not, this was a waste of time. :)

Gaming channels yes! sorry :)
Thanks for these infos! In fact I want a network allows me to upload gaming content (gameplay/trailers) and copyrighted music (for example Universal songs)
I've heard Curse is a really good and one of the best/the best network for gaming channels, but has not any contracts for music and its still an issue for me. :(

Only the Maker Studios partners can cover and monetize music by Universal, with RPM they don't have that feature. It's true i asked them, it's for Maker partners only and i don't think Maker will allow their partners to use copyrighted music in their gaming videos but you can message them to be sure.

Thanks! When you visit the site of BBTV ( broadbandtvcorp.com/ ) you can see that they are partnered with Universal. So what does it mean ?

Fullscreen.
I can help you get in aswell. Partnership asap. :)
Not recruiting at all. :)

Why don't you actually contribute something and explain WHY you believe Fullscreen is the best?

In my opinion and from what I've heard fullscreen's Yeousch doesn't have great CPM. Fullscreen's Arcade guys were willing to talk and be flexible but other offers (rev share and tangible support offered) were pretty far inferior to other offers.

I didn't say fullscreen were the best, I just recommended them.
