I don't recommend getting partnered until you are AT LEAST getting 10k views per month.

10k views per month is like earning probably $5, max of $30. Yes, money, but MUCH better off not getting yourself trapped in a crappy deal for $5 or $10 that you are probably earning at that point. Just stick with AdSense and you will get the same money without the lock in.
