They're no more crap than Fullscreen (as in, neither are). People starting bashing them when they announced their zero-view policy, but now Fullscreen have it too. So there's no difference. Apply to whoever takes your fancy

I am with RPM, have been for a while and they've been great. Fullscreen are a legit good network too. I'd say one of those or their sub networks?

In my opinion you should wait till you're getting more views per day. You don't wanna be stuck in a crappy contract and have your channel grow suddenly
