Yes sir that is right. It happened on my main channel. I had to start over. But you still can get partnered you can apply with your channel but you need to create a new channel.

2bh the only way you can get google to unban you is if you are too profitable for them.

I'd suggest taking Michael's advice, mine was banned when I applied for it, I contacted Google Help and nothing changed.

I have disabled them all by taking them all off, however I am still a youtube partner. Could I still get done from youtube?

I have had no issues with my Adsense yet, but it does take a min to get caught up with its self. Just make sure you do not have any copyrighted material at all. When I started my channel I made sure the TV was off no radio in the background turned the ringer off on my phone! I am very paranoid about it!
