What Network to Partner With?

Alright sweet and thanks for the info! So I gave my parents email so they can be emailed the contract.
I know its supposed to take 24-48 hours though
I really like what I see with CreatorX and I think they can help me the most and are the best option for my channel at this time.[DOUBLEPOST=1356814625,1356814347][/DOUBLEPOST]In addition to that, will I be able to upload all games to my channel and monetize them without any copyright worries?
Do you have some kind of company that gets permissions from the game developers to post it such as Viso?
Cool, sounds good! We'll do our best :)

Gaming with commentary should be fine. There are some games we advise against for various reasons. (Halo, GTA, etc) In general, probably better to discuss this topic with Sam (Creator X's Partner Manager) after he replies to your email. He can give you more in depth info on the topic.

One important note... review staff is on holiday (New Year's) till Jan 2nd, so have to be a little more patient. Should get a response the 2nd or 3rd. If not by late on the 3rd... PM us and we'll check into it!

Contracts always scare me... Thats why I went with TGN... last time i went with a contract i was stuck with a crappy cell phone for 2 years..

Creator X is awesome! haha

Seriously though... the important thing is to research your options and select the best network for your channel and goals. So, you're halfway there!

Thanks for the comments Bryant!

(be careful about the referral link though... posting on forums is probably not advisable)

1 year initial term.

CPM is a complex subject. Here's another thread with a lot of info on Creator X and CPM... http://yttalk.com/threads/differences-between-fullscreen-and-creator-x.24946/

Creator X is not officially associated with YTT. (We're open to the possibility though! Hint hint!)

We're just here to help and support YouTube partners... no matter what network they're with. :) Also, answering questions here keeps us on our toes!

As far as Creator X and VidStatsX... they are definitely different and autonomous in a lot of ways. For clarification and history...

VidStatsX was the original stats site outside of YouTube established in 2009. Creator X is a co-operative effort between VidStatsX and Fullscreen (both pioneers in the industry) which began planning stages in 2011. Creator X did a small test run early in 2012 and officially launched in Aug 2012. ( All of this except for the official launch pre-dates any other sites with similar offerings. )

Hope that helps!
So is SocialBlade, RPM and Maker Studios like the same type of relationship as CreatorX and Fullscreen(Yeoush) ?
Oh and yep that helps ;) CreatorX should start uploading lol 385 Subs no views. Lol ur making me jealous ;)

@uNi7HD

Creator X is comparable in some ways to RPM. We each have a lowered requirement for emerging creators which allows creators to be partnered while working their way up to the parent network.

Yeah, you're right, we should probably upload some stuff. :D We've been more focused on support because that's what we feel our partners need the most. The videos will come though. ;)

Will I be able to livestream on my channel?

After linking to Creator X (about 2 weeks after signing the contract) you can make an additional request to support for livestreaming. Support then passes on the request to YouTube.

It's up to YouTube and they generally take about 4 weeks if they approve your channel. (everything needs to be in "good standing")

So, yes most likely, after a few steps. :)

Livestreaming is as of now out of beta and so is available without wait!!!
