Audio Bitrate: 192 kbps
Resolution: 1920x1080
Frame rate: 25fps
Field Priority: Upper first
Do you export pre-rendered footage? Y/N: Yes

Your video is getting compressed to hell, max YT bitrate is something like 4-5Mbps..not 16 :p
Save time and render it with lower bitrate?
