Video Failed To Proccess HELP!!

That's big. What software do you use to render it? How long your video? It takes me 2 hours to upload 200 - 300 MB video. My neighbour's wifi is good. Downloading speed is good but uploading is bad. My father's broadband takes 20 - 30 minutes to upload it because it's 1MB per sec

This crap happened to my yesterday (slightly different?).
I was uploading for 2 hours and then it went to processing for hours and wouldn't finish processing. So I just came back on today and it said "Failed (unable to convert video file)" and I can only delete it. Seriously wtf. Wasted 2 hours and all day yesterday, all my videos are this same video file, I don't understand why this happened.
