Just read the PDF there, good guide I don't agree with the following and unfollowing those who don't follow you back as its similar to sub for sub and if you're following someone it should usually be because you want to see their tweets and you shouldn't necessarily expect something in return but I do see why people do it and how it can be helpful. Some of the other techniques sound great and I am sure people will find this useful. Nice job man.
