Hi i have a canon 550d but when i try to recerd at max quality of the camera, i can just record 30min then the camera stops the video alone. My memory stick is a toshiba 32gb u3. Why this happen? help me please is really annoying

Thats normal. There are a couple of reasons.
1: tax reasons for canon. In some places a stills camera is taxed differently to a video camera. So they limit the video capabilities of the video on the mainly stills camera.
2: your camera does not have fans in it to keep it cool like a video camera would have so to protect its self from over heating it'll cut off.

Dont feel singles out all dslr's are the same.

i understood the problem. the memory with a fat 32, can record max 4gb for time. about 10min not more

we can close, the canon 550d is taxed about 4gb, so when the camera record the max, i have to press again and restart the record. So boring
