Other Starting a community channel! [Need Submissions]

Then i remove their video, most people won't mind me making a money if i promote them pretty much for the lifetime of the account

I am making a community channel but in order for this channel to be a community channel i need video submissions. Once video's are submitted to me i get the rights to edit and post the video, i will also be monetizing the video's as required by my partnership when the channel meets fullscreen requirements (when submitting videos' to me you agree that it is ok for me to put monetizations over your vidoe's). this sounds good......i am a musician and dancer.........my first videos will be just of my music .......is it alright for me to be involved

Yea it is a community channel anyone and everyone can submit video's of anything and will upload them (as long as i won't get in trouble)
