The point was - approach companies you frequent a lot. Got a favorite bar? Ask the owner. Go to the gym a lot? Approach their PR department.

People are much more likely to consider promotion gigs when they're talking with someone they already know. Business is 97% networking, and 3% upward revenue vertical integration dynamics.

So...network!

I'm too poor to make YouTube videos. You think there are places I FREQUENT?!?! I hardly "frequent" the grocery store.

Alright here is something you might want to do....every small skate company wants to be promoted in any way possible just asked them for a sponsor opportunity and what you can do for them...Ex. SkateRookies

If I had a place that I knew the owners of very well, that needed help with promotions, THIS THREAD WOULD NOT EXIST.
