Keep in mind that a big thing for sponsorship deals is whether the company's message matches up with your own. There's implicit brand-association with your channel.

I'll try that. So like, emails advertising advertising? Not asking for sponsorship necessarily? Or ask for sponsorship?

Well all companies are looking for publicity.. the question is then to ask.. what kinda publicity would I bring them..

Well actually go to place you enjoy.. I liked the mountain t-shirts that is why I contacted them... Then they responded positively. I simply asked if they could send us a t-shirt or two and we would do a show about them.. they ended up sending us like 12 shirts..
