Sony Vegas Crashes at Initializing GPU Accelerated Video Processing

I dont have Windows 8.1 unfortunately but I would assume you would go the ATI drivers site and search your graphics card and put in Windows 8.1 for the operating system and then you will have the correct ones, have you tried that?
 
I've installed DriverTuner and installed some audio drivers but nothing happpened. It says all of the graphics cards are updated.
