So I Got A Strike

afaik I read in Google Forum a Vultra Partner was removed from their CMS for only 1 strike but that was a false copyright strike and he resolved it then he got to Vultra again. It seems Vultra is strict about this things so resolve that before they notice :O

Next time make sure to not use other people's work without permission. It'll help you avoid any situations like this. Good luck though mate! Hopefully you'll be able to sort everything out.

btw here's the quote

Thanks for the reply Peggy. I've had my channel since 2008 - when you say a long time ago how far back do I need to think? Worldwide ContentID blocks have never been a problem for me nor have repeated copyright strikes.
I don't submit videos for monetization without my network so that has never been a problem either.
I'm partnered under Vultra/ BentPixels who holds all proper licenses with added written permission from our partners and publishers.
BentPixels released temporarily released my channel from their CMS due to the false copyright strike but now that it's been cleared and resolved, I can't be added back to the CMS.
This is all one big result of the recent false copyright takedown I had, which has been resolved.
The way the email sounded from YouTube - I fix the main issue (copyright strike) and get back in good standing then it should be restored.
Any help in this would be much appreciated Peggy!

Mike

It could have just as well been the network that struck it. In either case, welcome to the world of grown ups. Your channel is done until that strike falls off or you can get it removed by the group who put it on.

Well I don't know how the network respond to this. I mean RPM would allow 1 strike.
Don't know what's going to happen to your channel.

Problem solved??

So the Vultra CEO told me that I will not be removed from their CMS and I am still able to monetize (although I'm a little confused because I thought youtube took strikes seriously). And that I should counter claim the strike which I can't because I ripped the video from his page and I rather not go through the process.
