You gotta ask him for permission, you can't just be uploading other people's stuff, even in you do give them credit in the description. °¤.¤°

That's probably why he did that. And yeah I should have.

I'm concerned about this strike though now.
 
The one strike shouldn't hurt you that much. If it does then you know next time. Make another channel as a backup just in case.

Also apologize to the person. :/

Yeah, i mean, if someone took your video and put it on a paying channel..
So yes, i'm not surprised at his reaction.
But alas, you learn from your mistakes. [=

He's a partner in a different network but I figured it would be a mutual benefit but yeah I definitely learned my lesson.
