I used Kevin Macleod music from a public domain site, but the link isn't working for me right now. The problem I found was you can't listen to the track first before downloading, so I'd download songs from a particular genre and go from there.

it says [Free] but you did not add up this channel. Does that means I can use this in my videos without getting copyright strike?

and do I have to say that I took music from that particular channel or I can just put it in my videos and not adding anything in description?

If you're not sure, you have to ask the person who put up that video.
