Renewing contract; WTF RPM!

Does it though? My contract with them from the early days of RPM states "30 days"
so does mine but his might be different, I would recommend that @OP checks his contract and if it states 30 days then he should definitively contract support and tell them this.

"You can terminate this agreement at any time by
providing us with 90 days written notice before the automatic renewal. We can do the same thing by
providing the same notice to you"

Let's just wait for the reply.:/

just wait they should get back to you and on my contract it says in the contract wich i have says 30 days prior

RPM support. My partner manager told me to talk to the support concerning my contract.

I got partnered with them last July. Not September.:/

Edit: There are 2 guys who actually help me getting partnered. I tried contacting the guy who signed my contract...but guess what? He's not active anymore. Auto-reply RPM responded that he's not active anymore. Damn. The 2nd guy, well, he was the one who told me to go to RPMsupport.

Another thing, I looked at my contract again and it said I got partnered with them on May 30,2012. However, I was still with TGN that time, waiting for them to release me for 30 days. I was released by TGN at the last week of June, then RPM partnered me on July 26 wherein I can monetize my videos for them.

Contract can be signed prior to getting partnered.

I signed with RPM in April and was partnered in May. However, my renewal date is in April not May.

You signed the contract in May, therefore thats your renewal time.

Yep. I realized that when checking and asking people out. Still no reply from them.:/

I'm actually trying to terminate my contract with them, got offered to join a much better network. Iv'e been with them for a year on two 6 month contracts. I sent my termination email 30 days before its due to end just like the contract said. That was two weeks ago but still........ No reply from them. I really hope they get this sorted out.

Yea.. RPM is garbage.. Nobody knows anything there, i contacted like.. 10+ different people at RPM and they ALL interprepted that same condition as you're telling about as being "Contact us between 1-90 days before renewall in order to stop the contract".
So yea.. RPM pretty much directly tries to scam you into staying with the network, if you like it or not. I got lucky that i didn't want to accept their explaination and aperrently came through.

I'm fine with another yr with them but it's kind of a waste actually since I want to test all the networks and what's best for me. RPM isn't the best for me so I want to try another network.
