Renewing contract; WTF RPM!

worked for me ;)
Sure, but it would be due to them being nice and not because they have to. From a negotiating/power ballence standpoint, any network has all the power in all standard contracts therefore it is probably better to politely request either a renegotiation of the contract or a release from it, pointing out the points in which you feel like you've been disappointed.

At least that is my advice.

My other advice is to re-write all of the auto-renewal language out of any contracts. I did that for my current trial. Signing e-forms is easy, getting stuck in a bad place to to auto-renewing language is sadly easier.

I read the contracts a lot of times actually. I'm asking them politely. Let's say how it turns out. They are wrong since they renewed my contract 3months before the actual month I'm supposed to get renewed.

Well, I'll try my way out of them. If they still don't want me to be released. I'll try to force them.:)) No reply still. Ugh. It would 30days on April 30.

Send more messages to support if you've been waiting that long. Best of luck...

Nah, I contacted them few weeks ago. They really replied so long. 2-3days is long enough for this urgent request.

What I mean about it would be 30days on April 30,2013 is because I signed their contract last May 30,2012.

To all the people saying this is unfair and "thats RPM for you" well.. really its not unfair at all, the contract says that they need notifying before 90 days of the end of the contract, so if you fail to do so they, by the terms in their contract that he signed have every right to auto-renew the contract.

Hopefully you can get out of the contract if you don't want to be with them anymore :)

My problem is they renewed it before May 30,2012, it's the time wherein I signed their contract so that's actually unfair.
