I contacted the RPM few weeks ago until now. I told them few days ago that I don't want to renew my contract with them, then they replied this:
"Hi,
if there was any doubt from our previous responses, your existing contract will not change at all. Your existing contract has already been automatically renewed for another year. As stated in your contract, you would have needed to contact us 90 days prior to the date of renewal, or by 2/30/2013, in order to opt out of the contract renewal.
We hope that you are having a great experience as an RPM partner. Please let us know if you have any other support questions that we can help you with.

But I was partnered with them last September 2012.:/ That's unfair. I replied to them and will wait for a reply.
Edit: I checked my email and realized I got partnered with them on July 2012
