I think that is where I am confused, I am quite sure its like $30 per song license, look here:

Wow I'm sorry I thought it was 30 bucks for access like a monthly fee...not 30 bucks a track. Makes me even happier we get it all for free. And I still can't see them forcing you to take down any music you got for free when you're a partner even when your contract runs up(as long as it was used during the time you where under contract) I wouldn't continue using them after your contact runs out though that's for sure unless the music is already in the public domain like classical music.
