Partnership Networks Over-Recruiting?

Actually I completely disagree with your first statement I know that here at vultra we offer alot of features(not just basic branding) to all partners, all huge partners get is increases support(multiple support staff on skype).

And thing You DO NOT get a banner with the standard youtube partnership :p

Obviously each network is different in what they offer, and I probably have a very different opinion on what features are actually useful-just as an example, I consider access to a music library completely useless because in most cases, the license expires with your contract, so if you decide to move on from the network, you will no longer have the right to use whatever you're downloaded from the library. I had no use for thumbnails or banners because we had those from our previous youtube partnership.

Just as a side note, I will say that I probably wouldn't have considered signing with a network at this point in time if I didn't live a few miles away. I was able to visit each one in person, get a tour and talk with our potential partner manager, plus their bosses and do a little filming while we were there. Support tends to be better when you can pick up a phone and schedule an in-person meeting.

I personally believe in skype calls for high priority meetings with partners. I hate when big networks take up to a week to reply to an email such as "someone hacked my account"

From what I've seen, it tends to vary within networks depending on who your partner manager is. If your manager handles 500 channels, it's going to be awhile before they get back to you.
