How do i prove that I have the right to monetize his songs?
The only good thing about the forgery is that, they would actually have to edit out my voice, as none of these songs are online outside of my videos, and i talk through them.

But outside of that, what should I do?

Best thing is to get a partnership with you so your on the right track. Also maybe message creater x

Sent them an application. Still waiting on it. Seems everyone is busy right now. Going to keep building my channel and working on everything while I wait. I think im going to keep growing at a decent rate.

And sorry for 'bumping'. I figured it would be better than making 100 new threads, id keep myself to this one.

Thanks everyone for your tips and advice. I was able to overcome all the problems :) Now to see what CreatorX offers me in their contract. I hope its fair!

Well, I went and credited all my songs properly to make sure I wouldnt get marked again. I was pretty certain all was fixed as last video, youtube did their job, lol. NOPE WRONG! This video, competely overlooked all my credits, the contract and everything. I had it linked like this:

Song Info:
Title: Jazzy (Song privately held - not found online)
Artist: Caleb Thomas: {Youtube link here}
Contractual Agreement stating permission for use on SeageSpeaks Channel for Monetization: {Link to Contract here}

Im not even writing this to complain anymore, its just silly now. This is a joke to me. Im just waiting for all my dealings with CreatorX to go through so I no longer need to play this game, haha. This is now my journal log :p
