NTSC VS PAL

Now as a YouTuber I can choose between these two formats

but I want help knowing which if anyone knows is best for me as I'm U.K based?

I film vlogs, concert photography and other bits.

Which is the best help!!!

PAL is the standard UK format. However, I'm sure most devices can play any file format now. This is a hangover from VHS (and later DVD player) days. Multiregionality (new word I just invented, I think...) is pretty common now.

As yorkshire said, PAL is UK standard. In terms of quality PAL is superior, it contains 576 scan lines and shoots 50i or 25p ... NTSC is 480 lines and 30i or 29.97fps
