I just have one question: Will there be new threads recruiting assistants in the future? I might be interested, I suppose you can put me at the bottom of the list. I think I need more time to prove myself.

Nope, there won't be any recruiting threads for assistants. There's a list of interested candidates for mods and assistants in the staff room where if you express interest in becoming either, you'll be added in to one of the lists. Only the moddy team and Mickey haz the powa to decide who can become a moddy or an assistant.
