Network not showing up in socialblade but still claimed by them?

Oh, I didnt really know that, Could you explain more to me? I always thought that CMS was the way to partner channels and give them partner features....

As a CA of a Zoomin VN, you just get partners to apply via a form, the VN and the MCN to the rest..

But people are partnered at the end of the line via CMS. However before that a sub network may put them in a google docs spreadsheet or on a dashboard where then the company with the CMS will process the partnership. So technically the sub network (you) have partnered the channel, however you haven't directly done this yourself via CMS.
