Monetize = YouTube Partner??

youtubes partnership program is a work in progress meaning that you wont be able to have the custom thumbnails banners ect. until later on when they add all that stuff.

To everyone who have answer my post.... Thank you so much, all is good information for me.. Some of them is pretty new for me..
I guest, i can't use YT claim feature, and i have submit form in content id and the result is none..

so your saying they are eventually going to remove the applying form and give it to creators who have been there for a while?
so like first month which i have ( thumbnails)
then they're now or might be thinking to give users banners over like 5 months or something?
if you got this from a vid let me know or if you are just saying then it can't possibly be true.

but anyway on the page i linked it did say if you don't want to have monetisation and go for full partner you may apply here: or something like that.

After that there will be no partnership program as everyone gets half partnership after 1 video hits 100 views

not true you can get half partnership before you upload. I did just that and then i uploaded and monetise.

No its gonna be that you get them all once you get creator partnership, although this isn`t confirmed and the higher payments and such would still be via a network.

I personnaly don`t believe after investing millions in networks they`re going to remove the point of them, maybe in a few years
