Well there is your answer. Non commercial. You do not have the right to monetize. You can only upload.
Perhaps you should email them again, this time highlighting the part regarding YouTube monetisation?
I'm really not sure, I haven't been directly under YouTube before.Well that's just the thing, they say non-commercial at the beginning but just a few lines later they say you are free to monetize using the youtube partner program. Most companys do this in these types of policies, Blizzard entertainment is much the same way except their "youtube exception clause" is directly after their non-commercial statement. I've used theirs on another channel and was pretty much auto monetized.[DOUBLEPOST=1374822608,1374822412][/DOUBLEPOST]
I'm just wondering that if I keep emailing them the same policy over and over after they keep telling me its no good if they'll disable monetization on my account or something, idk if thats a thing they do.

If that's a worry that you might have then... I would consider waiting for more knowledgeable people on the forums regarding this topic to answer or just not monetise the video.
Yeah, I've run into issues myself lately. I have one vlog, and two WoW videos having monetization issues. The vlog and first WoW video I provided proof (for WoW it included a link to Blizzards video policy, for the vlog, a link to the creative commons license and Kevin MacLeod's royalty free music policy). Both of those are stuck under "monitoring for possible review" now, while the new WoW video is also under review. I've posted dozens of WoW videos in tbe past, and tons of vlogs with music from incompetech.com. it irks me that it's an issue now.I am in the same infinite loop with youtube on this policy. They want more proof, so I send them the information. Not sufficient. So, Ubisoft specifically stating monetization via Youtube is allowed, is not enough proof? I can't ask them for monetization individually, because they specifically created this blanket policy so they didn't have to/won't answer individual users. Really fed up with YT lately.
