How long does it usually take to monetize a video? Our first video only took one day but after that they started taking longer any ideas why?

I once had a clip that took a week to approve. This was before I joined Fullscreen, with a partner it's different.

After you are own for uploading regular content in can be as fast as 10 minutes

That, I think, is the information I have been looking for. I have had videos on YT for over three years, but I didn't even know about monitizing until a few days ago. I was worried that if I started a new channel for a different type of video, that it might take forever to monitize on the new channel.

It happened pretty much straight away for me, but I ended up disabling them all as I was advised to in another thread.

If you schedule the video for upload and do not publish it until motorization is approved you will have no problems!
