Mobile Views

Around 80% of my views come from mobile and I get 20,000 views a day so I would really like to know the answer to this. Does going with a partner (such a Full Screen) increase your likelyhood of paid mobile views or decrease them - compared to adsense?

You get paid per monetized view at Fullscreen. So if the mobile view was monetized, you will get paid. Just keep in mind that only a small percentage of mobile views are currently monetized.

So it sounds as if it would probably stay the same. It would be more down to Fullscreens overall advertising income?

It's more a matter of ads getting to mobile platforms. Apple only started with ads with iOS 6 and there aren't that many ads on android either. As each mobile platform develops, more mobile views will get monetized.
