Long VS Short Videos?

Depends on the content, I know with gaming videos (what I do) 3-4 minute videos are really hard to do, like...do I take a 30 minutes level and try to reduce it down to 3 minutes?
What if I'm doing a walk-through and/or tutorial on a game..

It depends on the video.

I do a lot of reviews and tutorials so my videos can be anything between ten minutes and an hour long. They're not for everyone, but I know myself when I'm looking at reviews that I like to see a longer more in-depth at how something works (e.g. a camera, microphone, laptop, or whatever).

For other types of video, shorter is better.

Long video would be better for ur ads also i would get u more subs i guess.
