Legality of my video idea

I have an idea for a video that I intend on doing tomorrow but it requires the videoing of peoples reactions. Am I able to upload their image without them agreeing to it?

My suggestion would be to do it, and if someone sees it and doesn't want their face up there delete/remove that part.

If I was you I am guessing this is something like a prank video, so what you could do is to record them in your prank. But after the prank part is over and they know it ask them or tell them hey I was recording this for my youtube channel and ask them if you can use their face in the video. Thats the easiest way to do this. No mess

hopefully you are not doing anything mean, but you could always do it and film it and then afterwards ask if its ok to use the video of their reaction
