I'm so close :O

Networks arent going to help grow your channel, only you can do that. I believe RPM are offering 2 year contracts now for smaller channels which would mean your going nowhere for at least 24 months.
Just grow your channel and once you get to at least a few thousand views a day then look for a network. It will take patience, time and alot of work but if you get there it will be worth it.
I would never sign a 2 year agreement that early for sure. Remember, PewDiePie went from 0 to 10 million subs in just over 2 years. Imagine if he had given up a high rev share at an early stage. He would have lost over a million dollars from it easily.

1) Networks don`t offer much now.
- Banner: GONE (One channel layout, everyone can have a banner now)
- Thumbnails: Just apply for monetization
- Music: Google
2) Stay with Adsense.
3) Your views (as everyone has said already will drop when the song "Roar" leaves the charts).
4) You will regret getting partnered when you sign that 2 year contract. Then you`ll b***h about "I`m stuck in RPM for 2 freaking years!". Remember, you`re signing a legally binding contract. Once you sign it, you can`t terminate the contract unless you have a no lock-in term.
5) Partner your channel when you get bigger.

RPM is a small network, there`s a difference between Maker Studios and RPM. RPM is a CN under Maker.

RPM has over 27k partners and are one of the largest networks. They are a in a way a subnetwork of Maker, but they are just another division of the same company. They are run by the same people unlike most subnetworks.

I was comparing RPM to Maker Studios. Maker Studios (i`m not talking about sub-networks) are bigger than RPM.

The main reason im doing it is for click bomb protection, if that answers your question

Maker Studios and RPM are the same company. One cannot be bigger than the other, and who cares even if the were? The size of the network does not effect what they can do for you. And also, Maker has under 3k partners directly under them. Almost everyone under the MCN is under RPM.

*cough* *cough* That`s not a reason. LOL.

1. Turn off monetization for awhile.

2. Don`t encourage friends or yourself to click on your ads.

3. Click-bombing is rarely going to happen. Just don`t click on your own ads or encourage other to do so and you`re fine.

Having a big network doesnt mean much, it just means theres alot of people in that network. I went from socialblade who have over 13k people to OmniaMedia who have just over 300. Yet, OM is getting nearly 200millions views a month compared to SB's 500. A network thats over 40x's smaller but still getting a solid amount of views. Just do your homework and see what options are available to you. Once you grow, then you can negotiate way more.

I see. Thank you for correcting me! :)
