Fullscreen does indeed have requirements. Only network that doesn't really have any requirements is Awesomeness.TV. Which is the shittiest network I have seen in my life.

Fullscreen does not publicise their requirements as they like to make it seem like they are based purely on talent. You can get into Fullscreen Go with about 100 views a day. Arcade is usually about 500 views a day. Creator X, a Fullscreen subnetwork is about 100 views a day. Straight up Fullscreen is usually around 500 views a day. They do have requirements.
 
Networks arent going to help grow your channel, only you can do that. I believe RPM are offering 2 year contracts now for smaller channels which would mean your going nowhere for at least 24 months.
Just grow your channel and once you get to at least a few thousand views a day then look for a network. It will take patience, time and alot of work but if you get there it will be worth it.
