Im thinking maybe a little video advertising this forum; each of us could say a line and in the end make it so we're talking about how great this forum is and how its the biggest unofficial youtube one and all that.

If anyone has any ideas feel free to post. So far the main idea is:

Promote YTTalk as a forum. To hopefully make this grow much bigger

I am thinking this.

Michael would start out the clip saying something along the lines of "What does YTTalk mean to you" etc
And then starting from the top left we'd fill in the screen with a grid of people talking, one by one so people aren't talking over others, and we could have some music in the background.
And then we'd all promote the site together "come to yttalk.com!" "come join us" etc.

But I do like the christmas theme as well.
