Don't try and be like other youtubers. I know they can be very inspiring and inspiration is a huge part of it, but when it comes to making your videos just look at yourself. Creating videos is an art, and art is about being you.

I agree, I thought posting online would mean I wouldn't have to bug my friends to hear my jokes again and again.

You may start off getting low views, but that is alright. Just keep on pushing through. I remember when I started I was getting just less than that..
And then I slowly an surely made more content, and earned more views:)
